Career Space AI strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, occasional maintenance windows may be necessary to improve service quality and introduce new features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. Urgent issues receive priority support with faster response times.

Career Space AI offers unlimited data storage for all users. You can store unlimited resumes, job applications, interview questions and mock interview reports with full viewing and editing capabilities. All stored data is securely backed up and available whenever you need it.

Career Space AI operates on a free BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model with unlimited AI feature usage. There are no artificial limits imposed by our platform. Usage is only subject to Google's Gemini API rate limits and quotas based on your own API key configuration.

Career Space AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to our services at least 7 days in advance.
